PKR97 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the PKR97 platform — whether through the website at pkr97.win or through the official PKR97 Android app — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with PKR97 in any capacity.

If you are accessing PKR97 on behalf of someone else, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. PKR97 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the PKR97 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the agreement between you and PKR97.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

PKR97 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the PKR97 platform. This includes all gaming, betting, deposit and withdrawal functions. PKR97 does not permit access or accounts for anyone under the age of 18, and takes this requirement seriously.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

Providing false information, including a fake name, incorrect date of birth, or a phone number that does not belong to you, is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR97 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact PKR97 support immediately.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted.
• PKR97 may verify identity at any point before processing withdrawals or large transactions.

4 Deposits and Payments

PKR97 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfers, and debit cards. All transactions on PKR97 are conducted in PKR. There is no requirement to convert currency.

Deposits are credited to your PKR97 account balance once the payment is confirmed through the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary slightly by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

PKR97 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. PKR97 has no control over third-party fees charged by payment providers.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment accounts may be declined or held for review.
• PKR97 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PKR97 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. PKR97 applies a same-method policy to prevent money laundering and to protect players.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, PKR97 may require you to verify your identity by providing acceptable identification. This is a standard procedure and is in place to protect all players on the platform. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where verification has not been completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. All bets and gaming sessions on PKR97 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted. In the case of live in-play betting, bets are accepted based on the odds available at the moment you confirm the wager — not at an earlier displayed price.

Sports betting results on PKR97 are determined by the official result of the relevant competition or event. For cricket markets, the official result declared by the relevant cricket board governs settlement. For PSL matches, the official Pakistan Super League result applies. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market.

Slot and casino game outcomes on PKR97 are determined by certified random number generation. PKR97 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games operate according to the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages provided by the game developers.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled.

PKR97 cooperates fully with payment providers and relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or balances held at the time of closure.

9 Privacy and Data

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to PKR97 or other platform users.

In cases of termination due to breach of terms, PKR97 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Bonus funds are never returnable upon account closure under any circumstances.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PKR97 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, PKR97 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — typically by displaying a notice on the platform or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of PKR97 after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
